For hard coated reflective glass, it is manufactured by using the fusing reaction of special air spraying on glass while it is obtained by different substrate colours. In short it is coated on the float glass processing line. It can be transported to everywhere and made all kinds of processing, such as cutting, cleaning, tempered or bent after coating with a minimal of change in visual appearances. It owes its reflecting property to a mineral coating deposited on one of its surface during the manufacturing process. This coating hardened by pyrolysis is very resistant and highly stable which allows the coated glass to be glazed with the coated face towards the inside or outside of the building.

For soft coated reflective glass, it is manufactured by using the magnetron sputtered vacuum deposition technique. In vacuum chambers, a homogeneous film of metal or metal compound is coated directly on float glass. By adjusting specific factors in the process, different colours, with high thermal performance, can be obtained. In short it is coated off the float glass processing line. With full varieties of substrates and different coating materials, we are able to offer a very wide range of products which have their own visual and performance characteristics individually.
